We suffered a brief power outage over the weekend. Now one of our three HD set-top boxes has no signal, will not reboot and has been blinkning 8888 for several days. Tried all the online recommended fixes to no avail. Each day, I try to reach Customer Service over the phone but the wait exceeds an hour and I give up. Is there anything else I can try?
