All OnDemand Shows/Movies VERY jittery/cutting out -- HELP

We have rebooted our internet connection multiple times and done the automated repairs on our set top box twice now. For the last 3-4 days anything we watch using OnDemand (be it free TV shows, premium channels or any movies we buy---doesn't matter, happens to everything) it is choppy, jittery and picture/sound breaking up non-stop (not intermittent). It does NOT do this with DVR or regular TV shows/movies, only things via OnDemand. Can you please assist me with this issue because I'm not sure what else to do?

You will probably have to contact Verizon rather than ask us. See contact us option which is on all the Verizon web pages.
How is your interenet behaving. OnDemand uses a internet connection.
