All channel audio not working [Looking for solutions]

My fios tv channels have no audio. Its not the tv that isn't working because youtube and netflix work just fine.

 

We tried flipping through the channels to assure it wasnt just one funky one. We made sure the mute button wasn't accidently on either.

 

Have anyone had this issue becuase and figured a way to fix it?
