All of our DVRs and Set Top Boxes not responding

All of the sudden each of our STBs and DVRs are not responding to either the remote control or to using the controls on the front.   Even hard resetting them does not make a difference.    They are also not responding to the mobile app on the ipad or iphone.   This seemed to start a few days ago with slow response to the remote control commands, but after about 15-30 seonds the boxes would eventually respond, but not now.   Has anyone had issues like this?   We had the new software upgraded about a month ago or more.

Me, too.   Had to reset the STB, but I'm dropping channels like crazy.

DirecTV was never like this!
