Am I being overcharged for tv equipment>

It appears I am being double charged, and charged for equipment I don't have:

This is my equip summary from MY Verizon:

Conversion Offer - 2 Free DCT 700 contains 2 Included
Multi-Room DVR Package - 3 Room $39.97
Basic Digital Adapter (2) $11.98
SD Set Top Box (1) $7.99
DVR (1) $16.99
Multi-Room DVR (1) $19.99
Set Top Box (1) $11.99

This shows I have the multiple room DVR package, but am charged for 2  (one sd, one HD) set top boxes, i multi room DVR, 1 DVR and 2 basic adaptors?  

I have 4 tv's - 1 multiroom DVR, 1 DVR, 2 (one SD one HD) set tops.  (I don't know what the  2 digital adaptors are for since all my TV's have boxes.....)

So my question is, is the multi room DVR pckg charge seperate (I have to pay for the DVR as well?) and what are the adaptor charges for?  What is the 2 "free" DCT 700's ?

I pay $39.97 for a multi room DVR Package and $68.94 in equipment?

It does look like you are being double billed.

For the digital adapters, is ther a credit further down?

I have one for free but they do it buy billing and then crediting.

But if you never had one, it does seem strange.
