Annoying Tokyo Olympic Screen Notification - Fios One Box

Is anyone else getting this annoying Tokyo Olympic Notification screen? If so, how do I stop it permanently? Every 15 minutes or so it keeps popping up regardless of what I'm watching. I've dug through the Settings Menu to see if it can be turned off but I can't seem to find anything.  I have Notifications disabled.

A reboot of the Fios One box has seemed to cure my issue. I was able to watch television last night uninterrupted. Thanks for your input.

I assume you tried here:

Main Menu > Settings > Notifications > Promotions

Try toggling it on , reboot the box, then turn it off.
