Any FiOS Reps on this board.. New Customer not happy with FiOS TV and lack of Customer Support

I’ve had FiOS internet for about six months and have been happy with it, so when the opportunity came to drop Dish Network for FiOS TV I jumped at it.  My Internet speed was doubled and is incredibly fast and reliable.   However the TV has been nothing short of a disaster.  At a minimum, I see a green screen and “snow” three times while watching TV during the evening.  The sound is off occasionally and it switches from HDTV to SD.

 

The HD Media DVR isn’t functioning properly, at all.  Forget about watching a show in one room and finishing it another.  I’ve had to set up the favorites twice already because it sticks for a day or two and than resets itself.  One of the remotes is not set to work with a TV.

 

I’ve tried to contact FiOS tech support online, but continually get an error saying my account is not accessible at this time when logging in.  I’ve tried calling the tech support but have been unsuccessful in reaching a person.

 

Needless to say I am not very happy and hope this reach someone that will be able to help. I am thrilled to have more channels and the OnDemand greatly offsets the weak DVR.
