Anyone else without HD?

Two weeks ago my HD stopped working.  After 3 service calls and going out and buying a new $35 hdmi cable I am told it maybe a software glitch so they cannot do anything... anyone else getting the run around on this???

Anoyed and frustrated,

Service call 4... suppose to hear something by tomorrow... the sound you hear is not me holding my breath...
