Audio missing on DVR playback (1.6.2)

I don't know if this has been covered before. If it has I apologize.

I have two 6xxx STBs. Both are the new version 1.6.2.

On one of the boxes the audio disappears when playing back recorded

shows. The audio disappears for as long as 30 seconds and happens very frequently.

Sometimes I play back the same shows and the audio is fine so I know it recorded

fine. Any ideas?
