Our Samsung TV is connected to Fios using an HDMI cable. The picture quality is perfect but there is no sound. A sound test on the TV settings shows no issues - volume comes through loud and clear. But when playing Fios programming there is nothing at all. This problem came on suddenly - it has worked fine for months. Anyone have this issue and know a fix?

This was fixed by contacting technical support, and the agent restarted the box.
