Avera Digital TV remote code

I have the P265 remote (2 buttons at top)

 

The autoprogram function selects programming that makes the volume button act as the channel button

 

everything else works

 

anyone know a way to correct?

 

i wonder if I knew who manufactured the remote if there was a code available from the maker?
