Just got off the phone with Verizon Tech Support. Told the guy I get the message BAD GATEWAY whenever I try to logon to My Verizon to access my dvr online. Told him I had already rebooted all my STBs as well as the router. Told him that according to these forum posts, it's a common problem & that he should be able to fix it by remapping my dvr path. After 30 minutes of listening to him type, he told me to reboot my STBS & router. Said no way cuz I just finished doing that & it didn't fix the problem, that it was a remapping issue that he had to fix from his side. He had no idea what I was talking about. Can someone PLEASE help me?!?!
