Be a smart consumer!!! Read your contract! You can call and ask verizon and give credit for the days the system fails ie: lockup, no sound, digitized..They may offer 5, 10, 20 dollars but that's a start.
It's only fair that you do this, if they say no then your going to have to resort to other things that i can't mention here.
Yeah, I called and complained about the "Unable to Locate Hub" message and was credited for several months of Home Media DVR service.
Thank GOD this is fixed in 1.6.2. Can't wait to get that update!
