Black Screen When Trying to watch On Demand

Hello,

We just had verizon installed yesterday and everything was working fine, but today whenever I go to watch On Demand I can hear the program but the screen is black. We shut the box down and turned it back on, but it still didn't work. If someone could help, I'd appreciate it!

Did you try to play a HD VOD on a std def box?
