The channel guide has been blank for a couple of days. I reset the router as suggested and rebooted the box. Still nothing. Can you help?

I have the exact same issue which started a few days ago. I push the guide button and it comes up but looks like an empty grid or excel spreadsheet. No data or words so completely useless. I've restarted the router and the set-top box and that didn't work.
Now I've been on hold trying to get on the phone with Fios for 30 minutes...smh why do I pay $125 a month again?

Have you tried rebooting router and then STB?
Are you using Verizon provided router?
