I have a app on my Samsung blu ray player where whenever I launch it, I get an error saying "Unable to fetch data" and to exit and relaunch. It takes several times before it will launch and sometimes I can't even get it to launch because Samsung also sometimes displays an error message in chinese or japanese. Why does this happen and how can I stop it?
