Ever since Verizon did that big update a while back, I can no longer fast forward or skip ahead while watching certain shows. Trying to do so will, in most cases, send me directly to live tv. And a couple of times, trying to fast forward made the show skip either all the way to the beginning or all the way to end. Fortunately, it's not every show but it's enough to be frustrating. I contacted support when it first happened and I was told that the update hadn't been completed yet and that it should be better in a couple of days. Well, that was a few months ago and I'm still having issues. I'm just wondering if this is common?

I think this is a known bug with the new 1.9 upgrade, if so reprogramming the box won't do anything. Maybe someone with 1.9 familiar with all the new bugs can verify this?
