[STB] CALLER ID

Recently Caller ID's on both my STB/DVR and STB are not showing up.
I still get them through VZ Call Assistant on my PC.
Have tried
Menu>Settings>Notifications>Caller ID>Troubleshoot
Got this message
CID could not be enabled on STB CID_105:2
Unit ADDress ***-*****-*****-**
1-800-VERIZON did not fix problem after awhile script went around in circles.
tried IN HOME AGENT on my TV...it could not solve problem
went to Verizon.com/liveagent
After 20 mins of doing what I had already done He is checking with his "backend team"
Was told to Reset Router...did not fix problem....His Supervisor will call within the hour
Supervisor worked with me on the phone for almost an hour until he and the "backend team" remotely reset my router and FIXED THE PROBLEM on my STB/DVR and STB.
BTW he reestablished my WPA2 Encription

P.S. MY PHONE PLAN IS FREEDOM ESSENTIALS
