CHS 435HDC error code Er:21

Tried resetting the modem and cable box but the box will not turn on. It keeps displaying Er:21 error code. I believe the box is dead but Does anyone know what that error code is?

I'm having same er21 on 3 set top boxes.   They can't fix it either.  I'm not happy!

Hey - 48 hours after the problem started, I found a fix.   Unplugged ir receivers and rebooted.  All set now.    plug ir I back in when done.

That worked! Amazing that was the issue. I am wondering if they did a firmware update and that screwed with it because it looks like some things were updated with the Fios box. Anyway thank you very much for the help!
