You recently added Cinemax to the Ultimate HD lineup! Should that include ON DEMAND also?!??!??!?!!?

Yes it should. I'm daeling with the same issue. I just renewed my 2 year ultimate bundle on Wed. and now I have no Cinamax or Epix VOD. For some reason the VOD portion is not added at the same time. Over on DSL Reports Verizon forum the are saying it (VOD) will be added in mid December.

Thanks for the info.....at least it's not just me!  On another note, how is your sound quality? I'm using HDMI 1.3 and there is a volume delay when I change channels and a reverb on the commercials!

I'm not having that problem. I have it running through my A/V receiver via HDMI. You my want to go into Menu/ set top box/ audio/ dynamic range and adjust that setting..I have mine turned off. You can also try rebooting your set top box.
