I have a Dell XPS 420 running Vista with an ATI TV Wonder Turner have the cable card activated, but keep getting Restricted Content message on all channels. Any ideas? I'm thinking it is a Vista thing.

I would call up to verizon support and verify the cable card is active.

With the exception of the SD locals, Digital locals (HD), PEG channels and music channels all content is encrypted.  You should be able to find you local "HD" stations in the QAM channel 70 to 75 range (assuming they don't PSIP map to their OTA equiv.). IIR the local SD channels are in the QAM channel 60's range.  Don't recall off the top of my head where the music channels are and the PEG channels vary by market.

It sounds to me like your CableCard was not properly activated.
