Cablecard CCI Issues - Northern Virginia (DC Metro)

I've been a cablecard user successfully here for a while - but a few channels keep popping up with CCI restrictions when they shouldn't.  I get it that the premium channels have the CCI restrictions - thats fine - but the others shouldn't.

Can you please fix the CCI on the following channels?

504 - WRC-DTV - Unknown / Copy Generation Management System - Analog: "Copy Never" (0x03)
553 - FX HD (EAST) - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
571 - ESPN Buzzer Beater HD - Copy Control Information: "(null)" (0x10)
583 - Fox Sports 1 HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
585 - BTN HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
617 - Fox Business Network HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
618 - Fox News HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
621 - National Geo HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
632 - Nat Geo Wild HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)
691 - FXX HD - Copy Control Information: "One Copy" (0x02)

It should be set to either None or "Copy Free" (00) like:

505 - WTTG-DTV - Unknown / None

550 - USA HD - Copy Control Information: "Copy Free" (00)

Doesn't one copy give you the ability to record a channel?

Verizon doesn't control copy flag.

I believe it is from content providers.
