I have enabled and disabled and enabled the alert display and have reset the STB and still no display. Happed at the same time on my two DVR's.
Any ideas anyone?
Just realized my caller ID, too, isn't displaying. Thought I'd bump up this thread in the hopes that someone has a suggestion or at least an explanation.
Mine also stopped a few days ago although the receiver states it is enabled.
Had the same problem
It worked fine for a couple of weeks then it stopped
I disabled/enabled and it worked again
then it stopped again and never returned
I called tech support and apparantly my router and tv were not communicating properly so he reset both the router and STB and it's worked perfect for 3 days now.
You might just have to call, I was only on hold a few minutes and the tech was very helpful.
