After install I activated Caller ID on my MRDVR, and two other STBs...all was great. Then a minor power outage and now after doing everything, i.e. Enabling/disabling, disabling and rebooting/unplugging, etc. The caller ID will not come back on the two STBs. The MRDVR is fine, but not the two STBs
Any suggestions on how to get this back?

My best suggestion is to contact tech support so that they can either refresh the portmapping or reconnect the STBs back to Digital Voice account. If you dont really want to call them I would try rebooting or reseting the router, but I would leave that as a last resort. What that will do is re-establish the connection to all the STBs since the router is also a key device for the Caller ID on TV feature
