I activated caller ID on my dvr several weeks ago, it is still not working. I am not positive that I meet the requirements for it though. I have read conflicting posts on what is actually required
I have fios tv, phone and internet
I am not sure if I have Digital Voice, my bill says Verizon Freedom Essentials
I have not been able to activate Call Assitant, when I try to activate it at www.verizon.com/callassistant I get:
Our records indicate that a Verizon Call Assistant account already exists for this telephone number.

If I try to log in at the same site I get:
i had the same problem i had to call tech support. after them telling me 20 plus times it wasn't ready in NJ i was able to talk to some one the was able to get it up and running
