Caller ID on TV not working & DVR stopped recording for a week while on vacation

Caller ID on FIOS TV hasn't work in a few weeks.  Its worked for many years and now nothing.  I've rebooted many times, unplugged everything to no avail.  Comes up with 2 different codes 105 and 106.  Also DVR box failed to record for a full week in July.  Not very happy and perhaps my 3 boxes are outdated?

What model boxes do you have?

Have you tried to use tools under menu-support to see if that fixes it?

Good Morning,

I have 2 CHS 335HDC boxes and 1 CHS 435HDC

Shortly after I posted on this forum, the caller ID appeared on TV but only number, not

the name of the caller.  I had been using all the tools of support but kept saying needed to call custome service.  

Perhaps I need to update my boxes?

If DVR is not recording, then I would contact support.

You will probably pay more if you upgrade.

Both for the boxes and depending on router, you might have to upgrade it as well.
