I activated caller ID on our televisions two nights ago and it is still not appearing. Is there anything else needed to do besides activating it from the menu in the settings section and installing Verizon Call Assistant? Thanks
Just to update... I still have no caller ID on tv working. I have checked the settings in the Menu section and it says it's enabled and set to show up and downloaded the Call Assistant as instructed when first choosing to use it. Is there anything else I need to do or is it just not going to work?

Those that have downloaded and installed the VCA software.
Do you have VCA enabled on your phone line?
Is it working with the Software?
If it does not work with the software on your PC, it is not going to work on your TV.
If it does not work on your PC it must not be activated on your account properly.
