Caller ID on TV

I can't get caller ID to show on my TV. Had it working a few weeks ago, now it won't show in coming calls. I have reset it on the menu. Any ideas?

most folks that get it to work, find that you have three steps and you have to do them in this order.
disable alerts (menu>settings>caller id>alert display>disable)
reboot the box (menu>customer support>in home agent>reboot stb or set top box)
enable the alerts (menu>settings>caller id>alert display>enable)
If that doesn't work then you may have to call verizon tech support. The chat support also works really well for this feature. you can try them
