Caller ID

My caller id will not work, I get an error code CID_105. Rebooting the stb did not help and I also rebooted the router.

Try using the caller id fix under support

Using the caller ID fix is how you get the error code the poster listed - and it doesn't fix the problem (it says to call VZ with the error code).

 

Best suggestion is to use the Verizon DIrect forum over at DSLReports.com to try to resolve (all communications are only viewable by you and the forum so you can give details that are required).
