Caller ID

We recently had a black out and now my caller ID does not show on the TV screen. I used the menu to set up each TV but it said it was already set up. Any suggestions?

- Disable the Caller ID alerts in the STB (menu->settings->caller id->alert display->disable)
- Power Cycle STB (either physically unplug it for 30 seconds to a minute, or use the menu Menu>customer support>in home agent>reboot Set top box (stb)
- Re-enable the Caller ID alert in the STB (menu->settings->caller id->alert display->enable)
