Can I edit FIOS TV on-screen caller ID so it shows caller name rather than phone number twice?

Currently shows Caller ID phone number one above the other. Assume this is so I can edit the top number to show the actual name. Does this have to come through the phone company or can I edit this or link to contacts somehow to pull this data? Any help appreciated. TIA.

I am sorry but there is no way you can edit that field.
