Can no longer reach Music Channels

When I attempt to enter the 4 digits to get to the music channels, I can only enter 3 digits and a screen appears that talks about Spend Smart Coupons!  What has happened that I would get that and not be able to get to the music channels?  I have exited to Live TV and it still is there if I try to return to the music channels.

Same problem here (in NJ).  Worked fine yesyrerday (Oct 14)

What model STB do you have?

Have you tried to power reset your box?
