Can't Program DVR Remotely

I hae talked to your technical assistance people on the phone about my problem of not being able to program the DVR using my laptop. It used to work. When I go to "Record" from your listing of programs on your website I get a message like No Gateway or Gateway blocked (or something like that)  or sometimes it says DVR not responding. Your people have tried to deal with the issue in the usual manner of having me refresh the DVR through the menu, reset the modem, etc. No luck. Can you help me?

I am having the same issue.  Called Verizon yesterday, told should be fixed in 24 hours.  That was over 30 hours ago.  Still nothing.  Pay more get less.

I had this problem with one of my DVRs and contacted Verizon via the chat client.  The problem was fixed in a few hours.
