Ok so I got a new TV Wed and went and picked up a HD DVR, but I did not get an activation code. I spent and hour on phone Wed and maybe two Thursday and still cannot get this DVR activated. What can I do to get some help here? I am very upset at the lack of support from this company.
They will probably send a truck to swap out the box.That's what they did in my case
