I have the same problem.  At first it did work, beautiful imagine.  A day later, and ever since, I get the message "searching for signal".  The channel does work on my set top box, but not on Tivo.  

After lots of troubleshooting and rebooting, it still does not work.  Verizon blames Tivo, Tivo blame Verizon.

Any advice?

TIVO gave me the notification of the new channel added. And I can see it on the programs guide.

Maybe TIVO doesn't consider the area it is for the notification.
