Can't get New 7232 DVR Multiroom to Work

I just received the "swap". The new 7232 DVR and sent back in my old 7216. When I try to activate the multi room feature through the IMG, it tells me I have no other boxes in my house, which is not true, I have two other 7100-P2's.

Any ideas how to resolve this? I tried the reboot, reauth in the IMG, still doesn't work.

try running the auto correction on the set top box, and then try to enable the multi feature again. 

menu > customer support > in home agent > set top box auto correction 

and then run your multi room thing.  if it doesn't work then you'll probably have to reach out to chat support so they can enable it or call 800 VERIZON
