Been on FIOS for a few years - internet and TV. Just upgraded to Quantum, got the new equipment (Media and satellite boxes). Set up the media box where my old FIOS STB was, connected power, HDMI, and coax. When I try to get it to set up, it gets to 25%, then errors out saying it can't find the router.
The existing router is model MI424WR-GEN3I, which should be good.
I think there *may* be a DHCP issue on the coax side, but I'm not positive.
Any ideas very welcome.

Reset the router and try the activation again.

Make sure you removed all for you old cable boxes excluding dct700 and cablecards. Factory reset BHR and try again. If you press the A button on the remove, you can see the activation go thru the steps. You will also see where it fails. If you follow the instructions step by step and it doesnt work call tech support.
When is the due date for order. People are getting boxes before due date an they might not activate. In the instrustions it tells you how th activate boxes with activation code.
