Can't get any codes to work for my SuperScan TV

Hi,

I have an old SuperScan TV (model 19tvd3s), which I'm using with my Fios box. I'm trying to program my P265 remote to control the TV, and it's not working.

The problem is, once I put in the code (365) and press the channel+ button, what the directions says is supposed to happen, doesn't. I just press it about 12-15 times, then some buttons flash, and the next time I press it, it changes the channel on the top-box. The tv never turns off.

The problem here is that it cycles through the codes for about 10 minutes, then the red LED light flashes, goes out, and nothing else happens.

Please help. I've tried both of these things three times now. I lost the remote for my TV and need to change the channel to use my box. It's currently useless.
