Can't reset authorized device list

I need my authorized device list reset. I don't have access to any devices listed and now cannot watch my FlexView purchases while remote.

You need to contact Verizon with your reset request. This is a peer-to-peer forum, and Verizon only occasionally responds to posts.

There's no hidden location somewhere online that may not be linked to enough where I can do this on my own??
