Just connected my Blu Ray...but I can't change the A/V with my remote. I hit the button & the A/C menu comes up...but can't scroll up or down. I tried the arrow buttons, the channel buttons...nothing works. How do I get it to video so I can watch DVDs?
on mine, I have to hit the AV button over and over, and each press makes it cycle through the menu. I can't use the up and down arrows either, but the AV over and over works for me.
I tried that...but it just takes away the menu & brings it back up without changing the option. But thanks for the suggestion.
I just programmed a universal remote...since the Fios one wasn't useful. That seems to be working.
