Can't watch a whole VOD movie!

Every time I try to watch a movie on VOD, about every 5 - 10 minutes it pauses and skips. About every 4th or 5th skip, it goes black and I get "the set-top box lost video due to a network connection failure [VOD_191}"

Help! If I can't fix this I'm ready to look elsewhere. I can't even enjoy the great entertainment options I have at my fingertips. Sorry I'm just frustrated.

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service. You can also schedule a repair. Here is the link: http://www.verizon.com/repair

I have vod pixilation for 3 months now Verizon has done nothing about it. 2 new stbs , 3 new routers and 2 new onts . What's next. Before I leave Verizon for good
