For the past two weeks I have been unable to watch recorded shows on the arris IPC 1100 p2 in my loft and master bedroom. I get an error message no code and the station that I have tuned on turn black with no sound have to change to another channel to get picture and sound I just received new IPC boxes today (dec 15th) previous ones had the same issue and still having same issue. I have been on verizon chat about this issue mutiple times already I am not happy about this and was wondering if anyone else has the problem and what was done to fix it? I do have a tech coming out tommorow to look at this

Tech came out and replaced the spliters and everything is ok for now.

BAD IPC
Bad home network.
Have you tried eliminating some of the possibilities?
