Cannot Order PPV

I get an error message when trying to order the UFC PPV, account not authorized. It says to check purchase history. I have done so and it says I have credit. I have tried to reset my box twice with no luck. Please Help ASAP.

I wanted to mention that I had the same problem. I was told by verizon support in a live chat that I am unable to purchase an event that has already started (which I feel is completely incorrect). Let me know if you receive any information about a resolution.
