Cannot view recorded shows on HD boxes from MR-DVR

The Multi Room feature is not working. I contacted Verizon and they walked me through a few steps. They ended up doing a soft reboot of my router and that worked. I could see and watch the shows. They said it was because the MR-DVR wasn't seeing the other boxes.

Anyways, right after I got off the phone I went to go watch a show and I couldn't view it again. I unplugged the router again and it went back to normal but within a minute, it "Encountered a problem....." Why does it keep losing the IP addresses to the other boxes and not seeing them? What can I do to make this work properly?

Well you may want to try a hard reset of the router.

Push and hold the reset button on the back for 15 seconds. release and wait for the router to boot back up. then see if it retains the connection.

If not I would call and have them replace the router.
