Changing Channels All By Itself

During certain moments of the day, the TV will change channels by itself.  We are not close enough to neighbors to have remote control interference.  We see channel scrolling and then a channel sected and our TV changes channel...ghosts?

We are getting closer to Halloween.  😉

I've had issues with my philips remote in the past.  Dug through the user guideline and figured it out.  Go here:

Maybe the user guidelines can help you out as well.
