My mother has been using my Netflix service via her FIOS boxes. We recently got her signed up for her own Netflix account and would like to have her log into her own account. I've asked three or four Verizon reps to advise how to remove my email address from the Netflix login page and allow us to enter her email in its place. It's literally taken hours for anyone from Verizon to give us a four- or five-step series of instructions and no one has actually done so.
Can anyone out there who has Netflix logged into their FIOS box advise us how exactly to remove the existing email address and replace it with another? Step by step?
