If I am watching TV and use the up/down arrows with the OK in the middle, if i hit the top arrow which should be up, the channels go down, and visa versa. Same thing if you press the guide button then the arrows , the same thing. seems backward to me....
That's normal for FiOS. If you look at the Guide, it is listed low numbers on top and high numbers on the bottom, and that's how the arrows "think" When you push "UP", it moves the channel "up" the guide to a lower number and vice versa. Awkward? Counter-intuitive? Yep. But that's how it works.
I'm sorta used to it.
