Yesterday while watching tv, my picture froze and a message came up saying that the channel is unavailable and to call 1-866-962-1946 and enter error code 8801. Within an hour service was back up. Then a few hours later the same thing happened. Then last night around 11pm, it went down and as of this morning I was still not able to get it up and working. I called the number several times to perform the automated tests and talked to an agent yesterday when the service went down for the first time. Any ideas on what I can do? I ran out of time this morning to wait for an agent to assist me. Could this just be a local problem?
Where does "Internet Down" come into your problem ?

This might be a signaling issue coming to your home. If you message me with your account info, I will run a test on your line and we can move on from there.
