The lineup that appears when I click on this:

I am supposed to have 395 channels available in Ultimate HD - and only 208 channels appear in the Ultimate HD lineup appearing when I open the above sites. I spent an hour with a Verizon tech rep today trying to find out why I can't get ALL the channels shown - no luck.
Any ideas out there?
That listing you are using is dated from 2010 so there has been some modifications since then. Also, you need to add in the sports and the movie channels that come in the Ultimate package. All the channels you have in your package can be found http://bit.ly/oNEMJQ . Click on the link for "Channels" by the Ultimate package.
