On my DVR the pop up that shows the channel and were in the program you are hangs on screen 90% of the time after resuming play. This happens when pausing live TV or when watching a recording. The only way to get it to go away is to open either the guide or the menu then exit out of that.
I called support and they reset the "modules" in my DVR but it still happens (this also cleared my favorites which I was not advised would happen). Is there any thing else that can be done? Do I need an exchange of the DVR?
